How to Purchase Precious Metals

We do not transact bullion business via email. The only way to conduct a precious metals transaction with Gold’n Coins is either in person or via the telephone. If you are unable to visit our store, call us at 562-690-4413 and ask to speak to our internet bullion department, in order to receive up-to-the-minute price quotes and to place your order.

If you order bullion coins from us, your payment must be postmarked the same day we complete the transaction via the telephone. Once your order is done on the phone, it is locked in and cannot be changed by either party while waiting for the payment to be received and clear, regardless of changes in the market. If your payment is not postmarked the day we speak on the telephone, the deal is voided and we must re-price your order.

All of the prices listed in our bullion charts, and those quoted via the telephone, are for cash, or a cash equivalent, such as checks or money orders. We do not accept credit cards on bullion.

We will accept a payment via bankwire.

9.25% sales tax will be charged on all numismatic/bullion orders totaling less than $1500.00 delivered in California, unless provided with a valid resale number and a signed resale declaration card.

Shipping and handling fees for precious metals are determined on the final value and weight of the package, and will be quoted upon confirmation of your order.

Your order will be shipped upon clearance of payment, generally after fifteen business days. This applies to money orders, personal checks, and cashiers checks.
